Internal Sales Associate (ISA)

Cindy & Craig Real Estate is a top-performing team in Durham Region. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team! We are committed to helping you launch or accelerate your real estate career with our best-in-class lead generation systems, training, and dedicated team of agents and administrators. The Opportunity: Our busy team is in search of a motivated ISA. You will seek out leads, gather information for clients, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for an individual who is results-driven and excels at building personal connections.

Remuneration: $70,000+

Selection Criteria:

• Maintain valid real estate license
• Valid Ontario driver's license & ability to travel by car
• Call center or similar experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries
• Arrange appointments for outside sales agents
• Learn and master scripts
• Maintain consistent lead follow-up schedule via email and phone
• Place confirmation calls for scheduled appointments
• Ensure all leads are obtained & contacted successfully
• Digitally report on all client communication, goal setting, and results
