The 10-Day Clutter Challenge: Clear the Clutter One Day at a Time

Decluttering your home doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Try the 10-Day Purge Challenge, where you get rid of a set number of items each day. Here’s how it works:

Day 1: 10 Items

Start strong! Find 10 items to donate, sell, or recycle. It could be anything — clothes, gadgets, or books you no longer use.

Day 2: 9 Items

Today, aim for 9 items. Look around your home for things you don’t need, especially those hidden in drawers or closets.

Day 3: 8 Items

On Day 3, reduce clutter by finding 8 items to part with. Focus on things you haven’t used in a while.

Day 4: 7 Items

Keep going! Find 7 items today. Check your kitchen, bathroom, and desk areas for unused items.

Day 5: 6 Items

Halfway through! Find 6 things to get rid of. These could be duplicates, broken items, or things you no longer need.

Day 6: 5 Items

Look around for 5 items you can live without. Maybe it’s expired makeup, old paperwork, or a worn-out item you don’t use.

Day 7: 4 Items

You’re doing great! Find 4 things that no longer serve a purpose and let them go.

Day 8: 3 Items

On Day 8, choose 3 more items to declutter. You might find things tucked away in corners or forgotten storage.

Day 9: 2 Items

Almost there! Pick 2 items you can part with today. Look for things that are broken or outdated.

Day 10: 1 Item

Congratulations! You’ve made it. On Day 10, choose 1 last item to part with, and take a moment to appreciate your progress.
