Cindy is a full time Realtor® who has been actively practicing for over 18 years. In 2003, she started her career with RE/MAX and completed the SUCCEED™ course in 2004 which catapulted her to such accolades as the 100% Club in the years of 2004 – 2014 inclusive, the Platinum Award in 2015 and was a recipient of the Hall of Fame Award in 2009.  After 14 wonderful years, Cindy left Re/Max in 2016 to start her own brokerage, Cindy & Craig Real Estate Ltd. Cindy has been the Team Lead of CINDY & CRAIG since 2016 while consistently ranking in the top 1% of Realtors on the Toronto Board in that time.

Also a full time Realtor®, with 15 years under his belt, Craig Noftle has been actively involved in real estate investing since 1997. His Accredited Buyer Representative designation, successful completion of the RE/MAX SUCCEED™ course as coached by top producing Realtors® in 2006, added to his course completions in the field of negotiation from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor makes Craig one of the industries’ foremost negotiators. Maximizing returns on investments, extensive knowledge of landlord and tenant relations as well as Craig’s innate ability with numbers makes him a forceful and powerful ally.
